Terms of Use for Pocket • Option Lively Rhythm

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using Pocket • Option Lively Rhythm on iOS you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

These terms are a contract for the software experience itself. Apple's Media Services terms, App Store review guidelines, and any Apple platform agreements still apply to how you obtain and pay for the binary.

Pocket • Option Lively Rhythm is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited licence below, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.

Operating rules

1. Pocket • Option Lively Rhythm provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates.
2. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Feedback you send through the support page may be used to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written deal says otherwise.
4. We may stop offering the app on a given platform if Apple or law requires it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lior Navon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Israel.

General

If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are the full agreement for use of Pocket • Option Lively Rhythm unless a signed writing says otherwise. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
